Jamison ensures the Ballard Center is optimizing its impact. As the head of operations, he oversees many of the core administrative functions, including human resources, employee training and development, office and data management, and continuous improvement efforts. A native of St. George, Utah, Jamison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Near Eastern Studies from BYU and a Master’s degree in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Drawing on his combined 30 years of experience in the army, federal government, and private sector, Jamison thrives on mentoring student employees and helping them develop their leadership skills while improving center operations. He is enthusiastic about finding new ways to streamline and automate processes and systems. Jamison's experience in national and global security and risk management brings a unique perspective to social impact work.
